Separate but equal is Bullsh*t

Is there such a thing as more equal? NO! Is there such a thing as less equal? NO! Equal is equal, more and less all rolled into ONE. Equal is equal. All the same. No difference. Dead is dead. Can you be more dead? Less dead? Does your color, gender, creed, race, religion, bank account make you more dead or less dead when you die?
No! Dead is dead. Equal is equal.
So there is no such thing as separate but equal. ‘But’ is a qualifier not an equalizer.
Are we going to have to keep doing this language tango over and over again until we get it right? Are you ready for that? Is there enough time left to get it right?
Separate but equal is wrong. Roe V Wade is wrong. Women’s rights is wrong. Men’s rights is wrong, Black rights is wrong. White rights is wrong. Gay rights is wrong. Jewish rights is wrong. Why? Because a person is a person no matter the difference.
Color, black, white, yellow, brown, red, pink; Gender: male, female, gay, trans, queer +; Creed: jewish, arab, palestinian, american, european, asian, meso, african, indigenious; Religion: catholic, baptist, jewish, muslim, hindu, buddist; Economics: rich, poor and everything in between are adjectives placed before the noun person and intentionally separates, divides and minimizes the meaning of the sanctity, sacredness and wholeness of a person and the right to be free. Nothing is more opposed to freedom than force. A person is a person and an adjective before the noun person is an injustice that separates, divides and weakens the bond that binds us all together as ONE.
We are all persons. Living, breathing, individual, beings. We are all equal. We all have the same unalienable right to be free. Unalienable: A state of being that cannot be traded, bought, sold, taken away. We are all one in the eyes of the Creator and the Constitution. Except for the flaw that slaves and native americans are different and need to be culled and separated in order to treat them differently. That was wrong then and now is the time to set the record straight on personage. Change in the codification of Roe V Wade will change the meaning of person and set the record set going forward.
Women are persons and are equal. Equals do not force different rules and regulations on each other. Respect for each other’s right to be is paramount to the right of equality. Respect is recognizing and acknowledging each other’s value and worth as persons of equality.
A person is a living, individual being that is an all-inclusive innate part of the whole that constitutes the One unified theory of peace and harmony. Individual beings separated from the whole is NOT part of the whole. Separate is separate.
If we must begin this reclamation of every ONES right to be with Roe v Wade so be it. Change ‘women’s right’ to an abortion and codify ‘person’s right’ to an abortion. That changes things doesn’t it? That changes our sense of who we are as persons and recognizes that if someone or something has the right to hand out, triage, differentiate, take away that unalienable right of any one persons right to equality and equity and relegate and reconstitute being to adjective status that is something separate from, less than and not the same as that all important subject noun then none of us are equal or free. A person is a person and an adjective does not make us more equal or more free. An adjectivzed person is bullshit. I am not an adjective. We are all ONE.
And the subject for the next installment of Jean’ne’s newsletter is: A CORPORATION IS NOT A PERSON.
